We use presses that exert a force of between 1,200 and 12,000 Newtons to forge parts of 5g to 8kg in small to medium production runs.

Statistical process controlling / guarantee of conformity.
Depending on the needs of our customers, we can machine forged parts before delivering the finished product. Our machine park consists of milling machines and CNC turning centres.

Metallurgical analyses

Finishing work such as polishing, laser marking and surface treatment is performed by our highly-qualified, local partners.

Mounting and assembly work can be done in-house.
